Quality Driven Approach
At PBM we believe in a Customer
Driven quality management system. Using techniques from Total
Quality Management (TQM) PBM has developed a 360 degree
Quality Assurance Loop, or “360QAL”. Using metrics for your
facility PBM’s full circle feedback procedure, involving the
cleaning staff, account supervisor and management allows us to
constantly improve our processes. What this means for our
clients is we are always monitoring and improving our service
to meet your expectations.
Quality Products and Efficient Equipment
PBM invests in the most efficient equipment and the highest
quality cleaning products available. On occasion, a client
will request that we use a specific product or provide a list
of products to be used. PBM is happy to respond to these
requests.
Quality People
All our employees are carefully selected and trained. PBM is
proud of the long-term relationships we have cultivated with
our employees, which in turn is reflected in an annual client
turnover rate being less than 4% versus the industry average
of over 50%. Background and Drug testing procedures are also
part of our HR procedures. This means highly-experienced
people who are familiar with the particular requirements of
your building, resulting in an overall higher quality of
service for you, our clients.
Quality Accountability - PBM’s unique 360QAL quality control
system
PBM’s rigorous inspection criteria, that is customized for
every account, allows the Quality Control Manager to rate each
facility monthly. The building manager is encouraged to be
part of this process. If the pre-established standards are not
met, the cleaning staff are given 48 hours to correct any
deficiencies. These methods provide us with a concise means of
establishing and maintaining housekeeping standards for your
facilities, and are fundamental to our 360QAL system.
